Ecoflow offers free shipping on all orders over $50 within Iraq. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our carbon footprint. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or costs, please contact our customer service team.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ecoflow purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
